Wain Website Design

Wayne wanten me to design a website for him for his music he makes. He didnt give me any colour preferences or any sites that he liked so i sdesigned a site using an acoustic guitar as inspiration with the wood effect in the background and the selected colours, I feel that it goes with the music genre.

Lives at Sea Artwork

Lives at sea are a Punk band from London and asked me to design the artwork for the CD digipack they are releasing by themselves. They said they wanted it to relate to 'Lives' and 'Sea' and the artwork i did is somewhat related to a tattoo style. The ship on the front cover is hand drawn and then scanned in and made into a vector. The background i used is a grungy paper effect and coming through this is handwritten letters that are written by sailors during the war. This represents the 'lives at sea'.

Lives at Sea Photoshoot

Lives at Sea asked me to take some promo pictures of them and wanted aq (and I quote) 'redneck' feel. I went to see them at the recording studio and there was the wheat field not far from where they recorded. The band was band of the week in The Guardian newspaper and the image itself was used in the Newspaper.

Martyr Defiled Flyer Design

A venue in Nottingham was putting on a large metal band 'Martyr Defiled' and wanted a flyer to hand out before the show. I designed a very grungy dark flyer for the band including all details of the show and the suppoorting bands.

Corporate Website Design

Due to the fact that alot of my designs are very grungy and music related, I decided to do a quick design template for a corporate company. I wanted to keep it simple so that most companys could perhaps see themselves represented on a version of this website.

Tom Sears Website

I needed to change my site into a portfolio and decided for a clean look whilst trying not to make it look like another normal portfolio.
